Reliable Plumbing has always been very easy to work with. They are courteous, knowledgeable and keep track of our free annual inspections with a courtesy call both years since they installed our water heater for us. Steve O’Bryant did our inspection this year. He cleaned out the heater, inspected it, and found nothing wrong; unlike many companies that I’ve worked with that just happen to find something wrong that they have to charge you for every time they come out. He was efficient and extremely easy and pleasant to work with. I would go with Reliable again anytime the need arises.

Shelly responded quickly (on a Sunday!) to my call for a new water heater. Plumber (Mr. Aguilar) showed up on time early the next AM, cheerful, professional and efficient. Very satisfied, would recommend.
